ADD TO GOOGLE (Android) WALLET
Follow these instructions to add your loyalty card to your Google Wallet.
First, take a screenshot of your card (example below):
Now, open your Google wallet and press the ‘+’ button to add a new item.
Choose ‘Everything else‘, which will be the last choice on the list.
Choose the screenshot from your photo library, then press next.
In the ‘Loyalty programme’ box, type Shankey Male Grooming and then click ‘Save’.
Finally, click ‘Add’ to add it to your wallet. Then press ‘View’.
If you ‘click the star’ at the top of your loyalty card, it will show at the front of your wallet.
ADD TO APPLE WALLET
Since there is no native “Share to Apple Wallet” button for images, you can ‘Save the image‘ to your home screen, or in a folder where you store your loyalty barcodes.
Alternatively, follow these steps using a converter app to add it to your Apple Wallet:
Open your third-party pass creator app (e.g., Pass2U Wallet, available in the App Store) and select the option to create a new pass or import from photo.
Select the QR code image you saved to your device; the app will scan the code and extract the data.
Choose the pass type Loyalty Card when prompted by the app. Enter Shankey Male Grooming in the “Store Name” or “Loyalty Programme” field.
Enter Shankey Barber in the “Description” or “Provider” field.
Customise the card color or logo if desired, then tap Create or Done to generate the .pkpass file.
Tap the Add to Apple Wallet button within the app and confirm by selecting Add in the system preview.
Open the Apple Wallet app; your card will appear at the top of the stack if it is the most recently used, or you can tap and hold it to drag it to your preferred position.
